8-Week Mind Body Skills Group
Learn evidence-based skills that promote health & well-being
We can help you prioritize yourself in this 8-week Mind Body Skills Group. After living in the midst of a global pandemic and its political and economic fallout, it is easy to get caught up in stress, worry, and anxiety. Give yourself the gift of two hours a week where you can focus on your own support and wellbeing. Join with others to learn skills, process experiences, and leave stronger and more in touch with your mind and body.
This Mind Body Skills Group provides:
- A caring, supportive peer group
- Practical, evidence-based skills that promote health and wellbeing
- An opportunity to deepen your self-care and self-awareness
- So much more!
Mind Body Skills are tools that build self-awareness, and cultivate self-care. They are evidence-based practices that are easy to integrate into your life. Both of the facilitators, Joanna Robertson & David Sunday are certified through the Center for Mind Body Medicine. Note: this group is not a substitute for clinical therapy; if you or someone you love needs help with an addiction or co-occurring mental health disorder, learn more about our treatment services.
The next 8-week Mind Body course begins on Tuesday, February 22, 2021, from 6:30 - 8:30 PM CST.
Presentations on Mind Body Skills for organizations and agencies can be provided upon request.
