Breaking the Silos

Advancing Integrated Care through Leadership, Partnerships and Inclusion

September 9-10, 2025

at The Hamill Foundation Conference Center at The Council on Recovery

We invite all substance use, mental health, and healthcare professionals to this groundbreaking symposium hosted by The Center for Co-Occurring Disorders at The Council on Recovery, which provides practical, real-world solutions on how to integrate care to improve outcomes and save lives.

Substance use disorder (SUD) and mental health conditions often go hand-in-hand. About half of those with SUD also have a mental health disorder, and vice versa, but most service providers cannot and do not address these issues together. This gap in health care contributes to increased costs, duplication of services, and – most importantly – poorer outcomes. Now is the time for substance use, mental health, and healthcare professionals to come together to integrate care for both conditions into their practice.

CEU, CME, and CNE credits will be provided.
