Support for individuals recovering from addiction to phones, social media, video, television, gaming, news, online research, online shopping, or other digital activity.

For family members navigating a loved one’s substance use or other harmful behaviors. Participants will learn skills that strengthen communication, reduce conflict, and support their own well-being. This is an ongoing, drop-in, peer supported, facilitated group.

Narcotics Anonymous

A nonprofit fellowship or society of men and women for whom drugs had become a major problem. This is a program of complete abstinence from all drugs. The one requirement for membership is the desire to stop using.

Please note that these meetings and groups are autonomous and unaffiliated with The Council beyond our provision of space for them to hold their meetings. To host a recovery support meeting on campus, please contact venue@councilonrecovery.org.

The Weekly Wayfinders Group

For family & friends affected by addiction

Wayfinders meets virtually on Wednesdays from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm.

This a free group for anyone who loves someone struggling with substance use. Learn about the disease of addiction, routes to recovery, interpersonal dynamics, emotional regulation, and more from a licensed professional while connecting with others.

After completing the registration below, you will be contacted for a brief conversation to assess if this group is the right fit.
