A nonprofit fellowship or society of men and women for whom drugs had become a major problem. This is a program of complete abstinence from all drugs. The one requirement for membership is the desire to stop using.

Overeaters Anonymous (OA) is a community of people who support each other in order to recover from compulsive eating and food behaviors. We welcome everyone who feels they have a problem with food.

A fellowship of relatives and friends of alcoholics who share their experience, strength, and hope, whether or not the alcoholic recognizes the existence of a drinking problem or seeks help.

A Buddhist-oriented, non-theistic recovery program that does not ask anyone to believe anything, only to trust the process and do the hard work of recovery.

Sex Addicts Anonymous (Co-Ed)

A fellowship of individuals who share their experience, strength, and hope with each other so they may overcome their sexual addiction and help others recover from sexual addiction or dependency.

A fellowship of individuals who share their experience, strength, and hope with each other so they may overcome their sexual addiction and help others recover from sexual addiction or dependency.

Please note that these meetings and groups are autonomous and unaffiliated with The Council beyond our provision of space for them to hold their meetings. To host a recovery support meeting on campus, please contact venue@councilonrecovery.org.

The Weekly Wayfinders Group

For family & friends affected by addiction

Wayfinders meets virtually on Wednesdays from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm.

This a free group for anyone who loves someone struggling with substance use. Learn about the disease of addiction, routes to recovery, interpersonal dynamics, emotional regulation, and more from a licensed professional while connecting with others.

After completing the registration below, you will be contacted for a brief conversation to assess if this group is the right fit.
