Pathways to Change

Turning struggles into stepping stones for a successful pathway moving forward

Pathways to Change was developed for individuals who want and need to gain a deeper understanding of substance use - whether due to legal concerns, relationship challenges, or a personal desire for growth. This program provides psychoeducational sessions designed to increase awareness of the cycles of addiction, explore the stages of change, strengthen support systems, and establish meaningful goals. Each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of every participant, helping them reflect on past patterns and create a sustainable pathway forward. Sessions can be held in-person or virtually.

Session Topics

The four-session series includes:

  1. Understanding the Cycle of Addiction: Identifying patterns and breaking the loops that reinforce substance use.
  2. Stages of Change & Support Systems: Learning where you are in the change process and how to build a strong support network.
  3. Aligning Values & Goals: Creating a clear vision for change through values-based SMART goal-setting.
  4. The Road Ahead: Recognizing red flags and triggers while developing strategies to maintain progress and long-term and sustainable growth.
Details

Pathways to Change costs a flat fee of $200 to be paid out-of-pocket for all four sessions. Participants will receive a certificate upon completion of all four sessions.
