Outpatient treatment at The Council on Recovery helps clients create a stable environment by providing the structure, support and solid foundation needed for long-term recovery.
Intensive Outpatient Treatment
Intensive outpatient addiction treatment is offered to clients who are able to stay clean and sober on their own, but may be at high risk for relapse or who need extra care due to co-occurring mental health challenges or other issues. The Council on Recovery’s intensive outpatient program helps clients create a stable environment by giving them structure and support while they establish a solid foundation for recovery. It is often a beneficial step-down from the highly structured environment of inpatient/residential treatment and helps our clients adjust gradually to their new way of life.
In addition, we offer unique intensive and supportive outpatient services to individuals and families within the context of their family of origin and current family system through our Center for Recovering Families. Please click here to learn more.
Treatment is not the end of the story. Recovery is a lifestyle that must be achieved, maintained and embraced throughout an individual’s lifetime.
After the completion of your primary drug and alcohol treatment, we invite you to continue your relationship with us as we support you through our aftercare services. Aftercare takes many shapes and can include continued outpatient counseling, support groups, workshops and even participation in our Alumni Program.
Ultimately, our goal is to provide you with the tools and support you need that ensure you can achieve your goals and sustain your recovery on a long-term basis.
We promise to help you, your family, and your children get the help you need when dealing with substance abuse, addiction or a related issue.
