Caring For Your Mind & Body: A Virtual CEU Workshop

November 10, 2020 | 11 AM - 1 PM

The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and ensuing economic and political fallout is causing anxiety in many areas of our lives, from the health and wellbeing of ourselves and our loved ones, to the loss of employment and financial security, the isolation of prolonged social distancing, and the disruption of our daily lives.  You may be struggling to navigate these experiences while striving to provide support and care for others. During this time, it is more important than ever to be aware of your self-care and personal wellbeing.
